Bucknell 62 - Navy 47

The first game since late November that I didn’t watch or listen to live. some thoughts from the box score.

Overall Thoughts

  • What you would expect from a 1st vs. 8th match up. Muscala and Ayers specifically were played well under their usual minutes. That likely played into Muscala’s lowest scoring output of the season and the 1st time he hasn’t made it into double figures.
  • Hard to judge from the box score, but Steven Kasper put up a really nice stat line with 8 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds, and a couple steals.  So far inserting Kasper into the starting lineup seems to be working and certainly offers a little more flair than Ryan Hill.
  • Bryson Johnson torched Navy for 20 points with 6 3’s in the first match up. He added 12 points yesterday on 4-6 shooting from beyond the arc.

Overall Performance: N/A

A good warmup for the Patriot League tournament opener against Navy on Wednesday night.
